Steamed Greens with Salmon and Kalamata Olives

I love the simplicity of this recipe. It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and is loaded with immunity and bone-boosting nutrients.

2c Fresh Kale

.5c Fresh or frozen green peas

.5c Fresh or frozen broccoli florets

1tbsp coconut oil

5 Kalamata olives

1pouch Salmon

1c water

Sea Salt & fresh ground pepper

In a sauté pan combine the water peas and broccoli over medium high heat. Let the vegetables start to steam and as the water begins to evaporate add the coconut oil & kale for the last few minutes of cooking. Stir continuously until all of the water evaporates and all the greens are saturated with the oil.

On a large plate, place the tuna and five olives, then plate the vegetables alongside. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.

🌟Due to the cooked kale, this dish has a generous supply of bone building calcium. Always eat calcium rich foods with a little fat, like cocunut oil or olives, to enhance absorption.
