Protein & Spice Post-Workout Juice 🌶🥤

Today I experimented with my post-workout juice & used four small, mild yellow peppers from my friend’s garden. The result was a very hearty taste -different and delicious! I did keep half an apple on standby just in case it needed some sweetness. It did not! This juice has an earthy taste & a slight kick. Caliente e sabroso! ?

1 cucumber
2 small cloves garlic
4 small mild peppers
3 carrots
1 small broccoli stem
1 lemon
3 stalks celery
2 inch slice of ginger
*half apple optional
1 scoop (10g) protein powder
tsp chia seeds
tsp moringa powder (vitA, calcium, potassium, magnesium)

Juice all of the fruits & vegetables in the juicer. Pour the fresh juice into a blender and add the garlic, protein powder, chia and moringa powder. Blend on high speed until smooth and serve. ? ?
