I normally start my day with some strong black coffee. There are mixed reviews about coffee but my understanding is that it is great for athletic performance although it can create an acidic environment in the body. Once or twice a week I will add cinnamon and MCT oil to my coffee as a treat.
There are several potential health benefits of MCT oil. Some of these are supported by scientific evidence, while others are yet to be proven. I encourage you to do your own research and see if bulletproof coffee is right for you!
