Clean Green Salad 🍃

My 200 cal simple green salad:

Combine baby greens, carrots and red onion with one egg, three egg whites and four Kalamata olives.

Season with fresh lemon pepper and balsamic vinegar.

This is quick to prepare and perfect for an afternoon snack. You can also add your favorite carb -like a baked sweet potato- to make it a balanced meal. ??
